Ideas can change lives. After reading and watching so many books/dvds, I feel as though I'm trying to grasp truths that are slipping as sand through my fingers. This is a place where a record of the many nuggets of truths that I find in various places can be kept and referenced easily. Please feel free to leave comments and ask for clarification of some of the points that I've scribbled rather arbitrary as that would be of great help :)
